Class 10's Oscar Romero assembly
At St Mary's, our virtue for November has been Justice. This has also been our RE topic in classes 9, 10 and 11.
In Class 10, we have been inspired by the courage of Saint Oscar Romero, an Archbishop from El Salvador who stood up for the rights of the poor and fought against injustice in his country. He paid the ultimate price for his defence of the oppressed when he was killed in 1980.
